Cosy comfort is what comes to mind in the light and bright sitting room that has a wood-burning stove to radiate warmth and provide a lovely focal point. Off the sitting room is a sunroom where the amazing views out to sea and the mountains of Arran beyond are perfectly showcased. It is a wonderful place to catch up on a good book and doors lead to patio seating for outdoor eating or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Having a downstairs double bedroom and shower room is great for those with mobility challenges and the utility room is a useful addition to any holiday home.
The other delightful bedrooms, one double and a twin, are upstairs where the elevated position make the stunning views of the water and boats bobbing in the distance the star of the show. It really is a blissful way to be greeted when waking up in the mornings.
Park right by the door and once the gate is shut the mature garden is fully enclosed so children and pets can make the absolute most of it. The huge lawn lets them properly stretch their legs and the outside tap is ideal for cleaning up after running around. A pleasant walk leads down to picturesque St Ninian’s Bay where lots of birdlife can be spotted including sea eagles that are a truly awesome sight.

"You have an amazing cottage, the attention to detail in your cottage is amazing, alongside the beautiful interior design. We felt so welcome and comfortable. The beautiful and luxurious welcome pack was so kind. The tags on the treats, the card and little island book was well received. Our children thoroughly enjoyed reading the Straad books and the dogs adventures. Alongside us feeling welcome, Charlie our dog was absolutely spoilt by you with his treats. He loved coming back from his walks, on the beach, having a clean with the hose and drying with the towels made him feel so special. We can truly say, we have never stayed in such a special holiday cottage before. Congratulations to you for creating such a luxurious home from home cottage it was a privilege to stay.
